About Robert Ziino

 

Biography

Robert Ziino was born in The Bronx, New York, to parents of Italian descent, John Ziino and Palma LoRusso. He has two children Zach Ziino and Zander Ziino. He currently lives in a small town south of San Francisco.

Robert Ziino’s Music Training

Robert Ziino’s music career started at age 12 on the accordion. He was educated at the Center for the Media Arts (New York), New England Digital (New York), and The University of Central Florida (Orlando).

Robert Ziino’s Career

Robert Ziino worked for EFX Systems (Burbank), Streeterville Studios (Chicago), and formed Blue Raven Productions (Orlando). In 2004, he founded Experimental Artists and works out of his home studio.

Choice of Experimental Music Instruments

Robert Ziino’s recording studio is filled with analog modular synthesizers from all over the world and a Synclavier.

Inspiration

Artistically he is inspired by the lives and art of Roger Waters, John Lennon, Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Syd Barrett, Wendy Carlos, Alan J. Pakula, Stanley Kubrick, and Al Pacino.
